Graham is a human resources specialist with over twenty year’s executive experience in human resources management.
Over the past fifteen years he has been in the roles of Executive Director of Human Resources in large private, not-for-profit and public health services. His experience include the negotiation of State and private enterprise agreements, development of performance management systems, the introduction of leadership development programs and organisational restructuring including business acquisitions.
Looking for improved performance through staff engagement has been Graham’s driving passion in his role as advisor to CEO’s and Boards. Experienced in management coaching and mentoring, he is accredited in Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) and is trained in Team Management Systems.
Graham’s work is underpinned by a quality improvement framework and he is a surveyor with the Australian Council of Healthcare Standards (ACHS).
